Load-Shedding means discontinuation of the supply of electricity because of shortage power production.Load-Shedding is a great curse where people have got used to using it.In Bangladesh there is huge shortage in power generation, and this is causing a serious load shedding problem. Load-shedding creates a lot of problems in our national life.
Because of load-shedding, big cities and industrial areas suffer most. All on a sudden, streets are covered with darkness with a few lights of cars and buses flashing here and there. Kerosene lamps, petromax and candle-sticks are lit to only half-light in big shops and marker places.Thieves and hijackers become active and many people lose their belongings.
Undoubtedly, irregular supply of electricity causes sufferings to our normal life and economy.Government of Bangladesh must pay serious attention to producing required quantity of power. Along with thi, we have to stop unplanned distribution, disconnect illegal connections. Prevent misuse or system loss.
